The survey will only take a few minutes to complete, and your answers will be kept anonymous. As a token of our appreciation, you may also be entered into a prize to win a $500 gift card to a Mission Valley retailer of your choice, please include your email on the last question of the survey to be entered! Winner will be selected at random upon completion on December 20, 2024.
