As the temperatures drop, it’s time to think about how to stay warm and cozy through the cold months ahead. Whether braving the elements outdoors or just trying to stay comfortable at home, these simple tips will help you keep the chill at bay.

  • Dress in Layers: Layer up with thermal clothing and breathable fabrics to easily adjust depending on your environment. Keep the chill out by throwing on some cozy accessories – ear muffs, gloves, and scarves are a great option. For added warmth, fuzzy socks work well as an extra layer with boots or just to lounge around the house, too!

  • Cozy up with Blankets: Invest in comfy blankets and throws to snuggle up with at home - add one to couches and chairs throughout the space!

  • Add an extra boost: On chilly days, use heated appliances like blankets, space heaters, or heating pads to stay warm when sitting at a desk or office.

  • Break out the Comfort Drinks: Drink warm beverages like hot chocolate, apple cider, tea, and coffee to stay warm from the inside out. Add a drink station to your kitchen to quickly whip something up when feeling a chill. Keep soup on hand in the pantry, too!

  • Retain Warmth from Inside: Seal windows and doors to block drafts, keep warmth inside, and keep heating bills manageable throughout the season.

The cozy season is upon us, and with it come chilly temperatures. However, with just a few small adjustments, you can stay warm and comfortable all winter long!
